Hey guys I was at the game today after missing all of last season and looking over at 112 there didn't seem to be too many familiar faces fromt eh good ole days. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that of course as you guys still did a great job building the atmosphere, I like some of the new tunes.

Anyway just wondering who is still in 112, I could see Jack, Werewolf, Boris and Parkdale but that was about it.

does the lack of replies mean that no one else is still in 112?

Not a ST holder, but I was in 115 for the opener and would be my first choice for tickets. Great section.

115 is always heaps of fun. We need to get the first few rows going though.

It's easier than ever to get tickets in 112 now.. Was in 112 for the last two games and the Chivas game in particlular I heard a couple people around me boasting how they got their tics in 112 at the stadium right before the game... It was a shame seeing people come into that section who looked like they've never been to a soccer game before... I'll admit, I'm a fairly new face in the section but I bring it as well as anyone.. We definitely need more RPBs in 112.... Also, is 115 that good? I would have thought the opposite.

Keepers nightmare 114-115-116, that is where all the action is now, it's rock'n!

For the first 5 home games 112 tickets will be available on game day or just before.

With 24 RPB's from around the stadium moving in for good on game 6 those extra tickets will dry up.

I still have my pair in row 3, but have given them to another RPB for all of this season. I expect to come to a bunch of games this year but will pick up tickets here when needed. I expect to be back full time next season.

Its been arranged through the FO.

The tickets that Bluenose mentions in his post were held back from the season ticket holder relocation event last year.

Its not a shame, its an opportunity to expose some newer people to football support. You hope they join in.

Now if they were to come in and complain about all the happenings in the section (flags, swearing, jumping etc) then, frankly they can go fuck themselves.

Im all for expanding and bringing in new people. But that doesnt mean 112 is a drunken heckle zone for 90 mins, like some random people think it is. Though thats getting less prevalent then from previous years.

+1, if row 1-12 were as loud as the rest of the section, 115 would be insane.

Only just saw this post. I was there with my boy, Ross still has his tickets to my right, the regulars around me seem familiar. Billyfly and his crew of rowdies are still in the row behind.

Over the years every crowd is different, you will never get a full section of people that can make ever game, every week, every year.

Sometimes its a great crowd, and all the vets are there, and other times practically every seat got traded off to "tfc23423" on tickettrader.

Last Saturday's crowd had not much energy i felt, and to be honest, I just wasnt in the frickin mood myself. I;ll bet the LA game is different though.

Indeed...but I fear we are flogging a dead horse on that as we've even sent a couple of lads down there on occasion ( a bit pissed admittedly) to get them singing....nada...nichts...squat...
COME ON LOWER 115...RAISE YOUR GAME.

I think so too.
High profile game... plus an evening match-up.
Usually the right combo for a more lively affair.

115 reminds me of the crowd back home, most things are spontaneous and different songs get different people going. The dueling dero chants were funny on saturday!!

something that lacks in 112 at times... not a fan of the capo...I felt more energy in 112 pre capo

only my opinion though..:D

hahaha...

the first sentence made me think "wow, Almo is really mellowing out. Good for him"

and the the second one told people to 'go fuck themselves', so I know the real Almo is still in there kicking.

For sure, my section was quieter than usual as well. Everyone was still in shock at the DeRo trade. In fact, there were several people in my section (and probably throughout the stadium) that didn't even know that DeRo was traded and only found out at game time.

LA will be a much better vibe.

as for the original subject - there's still a lot of the originals left.

a few new faces are in, a few old faces are out. Overall, it's still the rockingest place to be in all of BMO field.

and those who know, know that row 6 is the center of the action ;)

Not complaining, just curious: is the standing on the seats part of the 'good stuff'. I only ask because it does not seem all that necessary, and it causes a ripple effect. For instance, two rows in front of me the people were standing on their seats. This made the two short-ish people in front of me stand on their seats. I am a fairly tall guy so I was looking between shoulders for the first half, but by the second half I'd had enough and stood on my seat, which totally blew the sightlines for the poor guys behind me. I apologized, but told them I wanted to see the game. My wife on the other hand basically missed the whole game because she didn't feel like standing on a seat.

Again, not complaining (for myself anyway) but is that acceptable down there?

Thoughts?

Although our seats since day 1 are in another supporters section (119), we have a hell of a lot more fun in 112, brought the little guy (12) RPB junior member (player escort last year) into 112 last game against Chivas for the first half, he sang, bounced, yelled at Toledo, and loved standing behind Jeffro hammering on Red Thunder. Always great time in the bunker.

generally, people in my row (row 6, at the foot of the drum) only stand on the seats if it's because we have 'guests' in the row who need some space. I have zero problem standing on my seat to let a fellow RPB into the spot in front of it, mostly because I know that no one is blocked if I stand back (it's floor, not a seat behind me).

generally standing in on the floor works best, and standing on seats kinds sucks because you can easily fall when people are jumping.

there's no real plan, but I know I always try to be respectful of those around me. Your post had a respectful tone yagbod, so cheers to that! Don't you love talking with adults? ;)

Good point about making room for others. I hadn't considered that, but I am whole heartedly in favour of it. Wouldn't it be nice if they just got rid of the seats? That bar they are bolted to is basically a bench, which would be fine for jumping, if not for the seats.
