What is everyone watching? Or still trying to kill the pain?

Those Rapids look phenomenal... and are spanking Portland like an expansion team should be spanked.

Henry missed a PK tonight.

all the big guns are out tonight .... Charlie Davies came on as a sub and scored 2, Agudelo scored an awesome goal for nyrb, Bravo with a sweet chip for SKC and the MLS Cup champs crushed an expansion team.

I was surfing around on match day live and in general the quality across the league looks better ..... even Chicago reloaded with a bunch of Uruguayan forwards.

This league just needs to keep loosening the purse strings and expanding rosters and the play will improve.

From the highlights there were definitely some quality goals last night... Bravo's two goals for KC were very very good. And yes, Agudelo's was great -- fought off that Seattle defender and sliced it past Keller. Keller made a great save on Henry on that PK.
But also, Greg Sutton looked like he played well, stopping Montero twice, on a point black ripper and on a great dipping free kick.

Other highlights: check out Jamie Smith's screamer goal for Colorado. Josh Wolff's great run and then goal for DC was pretty. Charlie Davies first goal was not much (it was PK) but his second was great... he runs around a falling Chad Marshall, runs to the center, then slots it home. He looks good despite his near death experience a few years ago and his long rehab. Canadian Jakovic pulled a Marvell Wynne and got a penalty called against him for a handball.

Other amusing moment: Carlos Ruiz goes up for a ball against Canadian Hainault in the Houston-Philly game and nails Hainault in the head with a clear elbow... gets a yellow.

saw first half of the game vs Colorado and boy, Portland defence was just as bad as TFC's

I think this was first time I've seen DSG Park at sellout. I guess people like winners, even it's only soccer

be careful judging teams at altitude. Ever since 2007, I've seen good teams (not TFC!) go into Colorado and look like crap. It's a huge field (much bigger than average) and the altitude is challenging.

even with altitude, letting Omar Cummings (who is pretty damn good striker) run wild like that is just shambles. though that Jamie Smith strike from 30yds, you can't do much about that one

Good point... Altitude - the reason why the Mexican National team is almost unbeatable in El Azteca.

100% agreed. They have a clip on the MLS site showcasing them all.

New England has NO business being in this game but it's 1-1 at the half.

He should have 3 as the disallowed goal was also put in by him. That call was horrendous. I've never seen this ref before. At least I don't think I have.
