I dunno about that, there are some pretty good keepers in MLS, but one of the best, and probably the best player on TFC.

HALFTIME: Toronto 1-1 Partizan

Toronto FC are tied 1-1 with Partizan Belgrade at half time in their first preseason game of 2011. The match kicked off just after 5 p.m. local time at the Calista Luxury Resort near Antalya in Turkey.

Toronto took the lead as early as the 6th minute when Reds defender Nana Attakora scored off a corner. The Canadian came forward for the set piece and when the delivery sailed to the back of the penalty area, he crossed back into the danger zone, only to see the ball go straight into the net.

Toronto had lots of possession in the early stages and in the 12th minute, trialist Gianluca Zavarise fired over the bar with a free kick from the edge of the penalty area after a foul on Jacob Peterson.

Zavarise was one of four trialists named in the starting lineup by Head Coach Aron Winter along with Uruguyan attacker Santiago Gonzalez Areco and Dutch forwards Nick Soolsma and Javier Martina.

Partizan went close to equalizing when they hit the post in the 19th minute when a corner was only half cleared, and Reds goalkeeper Stefan Frei also made an excellent double stop to keep the Serbians out in the 32nd minute.

Toronto had a golden opportunity to double their lead nine minutes before half time when Gonzalez was fouled in the penalty area. Dwayne De Rosario stepped up to take the spot kick, but blasted the shot against the post.

Just four minutes before half time, Partizan gained a penalty of their own and scored to tie the game at 1-1.

You might refer to TFC as 'The Reds", I sure don't, I do agree on the all red look though, get rid of the gray, the Pink on Breast Cancer Day, White as away, and why not all black as the third, or Blue for that matter.

I like us playing some quality teams during preseason. It is very impressive that we played a team that made it to the group stage of the UEFA Champions League, even if they were playing an experimental line up (they got killed in Group H, so maybe not so impressive).

If we can play decently against Red Star Belgrade, that would be amazing.

Definitely a positive result. One thing that worries me though, and this is based on the video posted as well as our style last season, is that most of the players on our team have a terrible first touch, rarely find space, and really can't pass the ball well. These are aspects of the game that in my opinion will be vital going forward, especially for the the style Winter expects us to play.

Peterson was painful to watch for the better part of last season but I'm willing to cut him some slack because he had to use the regular season to play his way back into form coming off a serious injury. If he can build on his level of play towards the end of last season he should be able to contribute in Winter's system. The goal he scored against RSL off the wing was one of the finest efforts I've seen from a TFC player...

come on now, we've always been able to put together a few successive passes. I know people have an image of prekiball, but it really wasn't that bad.

Overall, a few minutes of highlights from a pre-season game is way too little to go by, but 1-1's a good result, it seems fairly positive. Number 39 looked tricky.
