Is it just me, or does anyone else think MLSE is putting Duane Rollins in a very bad spot.
He's one of the best TFC reporters out there, but writing things like this for MLSE is going to kill his credibility.

If I read the article correctly, Rollins is just quoting what he was given from Earl. I don't read a whole lot of personal commentary or reflection in his article so I don't pin this to Duane at all.

Due respect Parkie but an article on MLSSoccer.com is not an "official" Toronto FC press release. They come from Luke Wileman and Asif Hussein.

Some in this forum might think I am splitting hairs here but I know for a fact after having a long conversation with Greg Lalas (the editor of mlssoccer.com) during the MLS Cup weekend that they are completely autonomous when it comes to editorial. No they are probably not going to be as "controversial" editorially as someone totally independent from MLS might be, but that does not for me call anything he wrote into any sort of doubt. TFC does not sit there and say "... OK Rollins, write it THIS way!..."

That's old news,Klinsman said that in his first or second interview.TFC will train in Europe and play exhibition games vs European clubs instead of NCAA teams.

One of the games will be vs Partizan Belgrade on February, 2.2011.
