Interesting video of a Polish supporter group out supporting their U12 Team.

I doubt we would even get this for the U18 Academy.

http://redpatchboys.ca/forums/showthread.php?t=25761 is the thread

Exactly what I thought when I watched the video at first time.
Even support at TFC games is far from this one, so the whole thread is kinda non-sense...

I do encourage you guys to check out Academy games when you get the chance. It's a fun way to support 'TFC' on the road without having to travel for several hours and/or driving to other countries. Obviously it's not as rowdy as actual TFC games, but the quality of the football is better than you would expect and it's good to see the youngsters before they get called up. :)

what ever happened to their being U-14 teams?
the academy can only be "GREAT" if you start molding players from early, 15-16 you can acquire bad habits

Oh, there are definitely some people on here who will have something to say about that.

At least the academy appreciates the support. From what I've seen from our players, they could care less that we're out there singing for them and supporting the team. The academy players play for the badge and could teach the main team a few lessons.

you are correct.

its just a different feel

we had a moment with the academy that will be remembered by all for a long while.
And after hearing from them and there coach, i will continue to be at the academy matches, they truely do enjoy having us there

The majority of TFC's senior roster are, for lack of a better term, mercenaries. In the academy however TFC is their club and that means something to them. I can't wait for the day when the majority of the team has come through our junior ranks.

I fully intend to get out to a few Academy games next season (I have a feeling it will be my only chance to see someone in a TFC shirt win)
