Well apparently Vancouver has signed their first MLS player ..... from the US World Cup Team.

"On Thursday morning, Vancouver Whitecaps FC will make an historical announcement when they introduce a USA World Cup star as their first Major League Soccer player signing.

The media conference will take place at 10 a.m. PT and Whitecaps FC fans will be able to see Thursday's exciting announcement streamed live at whitecapsfc.com."
