Sean Wheelock (BBC) had stated that he expected TFC to lok for a world class coach internationally. He would fill the bill.

world class coach means to me something more than a tag-a-long on a world cup squad and a single, interm, position at the club he retired at

3 months until he gets fed up with the league and officiating, like Carver.

Here it comes, just as predicted, days ahead of the renewal deadline!!!

"TFC is scouting/interviewing/looking at XXXXXXX, the former XXXXX of XXXX in the EPL/La Liga/Serie A"

Hilarious.

I've said it before and will say it again.

We should be looking to Latin America for coaching and management talent (and playing talent). We could probably find some bargains.

Doesn't mean the club needs to be managed or have a head coach who is from Latin America. Just have someone involved in the process who is and has a resume to back it up.

At least our players will respect him unlike our previous coaches.

The league is changing. The managers of the past might not be those of the future.

If I had to venture a guess, I'd say the next few years will see some coaching casualities who may never recover and some quality foreign hires to break through. Things are opening up, the rules are changing and MLS is moving closer to being a small budgeted (but somewhat normal) league.

As for Ciro Ferrara. PASS! I've been a big Juve fan for a while and i see absolutely nothing to suggest he's the type of guy we should have here.

His coaching career, while associated with some big jobs, Juve and a Italian national assistant position, doesn't included a lot of success.

I am a Big Juve Fan, Don't believe Ciro would work in Toronto, but he might be able to bring some italian players over, a real #10 Alex Del piero. If thats the case sign him UP!
