"Not wallowing over a few season seat holder rejections for a minute, the Reds were able to entice a new set of supporters into BMO Field that had yet to experience the team’s unique atmosphere. It's a selfless thirst for all things Toronto FC that’s driven boisterously and largely by the faithful in the south, southeast and northwest ends of the park. Though Tuesday it seemed that the entire stadium found its voice. And were they ever in their finest form on this night when Toronto needed them most!"

Garber really dropped the ball with this All Star game and I'm glad someone's called him on it. Man United or no he should be thinking of the leagues reputation competition-wise before these dog and pony All Star friendlies. The scheduling has been poor for the Galaxy who he's trying to bill as a league leader and Puerto Rico trounced them.

It did make me laugh to hear the ESPN commentators lament the fact that Landon played the night before and that allowed for his 'heavy' legs, however Dero went and scored without much fanfare or comments to the same effect.

Espn with the - he does that stutter step with his neck hopping everywhere - was classic - describing Dero's goal celebration.

The ignorant ESPN commentators also said something like:

'DeRo plays for Toronto.... but he is still an All-Star'

Come on, wtf!

I noticed that as well. The Landon lovefest was expected, but really annoying.

LOL! I have no clue what it is with Harkes, if he is drunk when working, told to say stupid repetitive crap, or just in love with all things Landon and LA. It is like this every game, can't wait to see what he is like for NYRB games now! LOL! And people wonder why they hired an etire crew from overseas for the World Cup :)

I can't stand John Harkes... there was one point where he dissed Van der Sar, like he was a little kid excited to defend MLS (i think it was after De Ro scored). Then he quickly realized that one goal isn't a big deal, and mentioned Van der Sar's great career, as if he realized he got caught up in the moment.

I'm loving these past 3 SSG Black athletes.

Beautiful women with excellent muscle tone.

There is the risk of them snapping your neck if you know what I mean but I would be willing to assume that risk.

I think it is funny that in the article "Galaxy players impress TFC", they state "The pair played during the 2-1 loss to the English Premier League side last Wednesday, with Vukovic setting up TFC's only goal".

I am pretty sure Jacob Peterson, cut into the middle, slid a nice ball through to Mista, how sent an excellent cross across the 18 yard box to Maicon Santos, who nodded it back across the front of the net and into the corner passed a diving Jussi Jaaskelainen.

LOL that's how I remember it too...I guess some "ink-stained wretch" in Brantford got a little over-excited
