There's a few backgrounds out there, Another RPB User (Spinx) and myself have created some. They are posted in the Multimedia section. They are specific to various blackberry models.

Full out themes no, Themes chew up device resources.

there is one for iphones if your phone is jail broken. It has a TFC logo background, the slider to lock and unlock is an mls soccer ball and the buttons now are soccer balls. you can download it through cydia and winterboard, but so only for jail broken phones
