Great result for TFC in the NCC match last night after T.O. reject cost the Limp Act the victory in the late stages of the game.

This could represent why we lose on the road...1 fighting for the ball while 2 others watch.

On the Academy game:

"One concession and hot dog stand will be open on the East. There will be no beer sales"

I think this is going to hurt the carry over attendence. Too bad really, it would be good to see some support for the young fellas.

Just watch it on the patio. They'll have beer there.

trust me, once you watch the quality of this match, you'll need a few beers to keep you going.

LOL...!!! (but very true)...

It could be a bad bounce big time for the Academy with the weather...

If it windy, cold, raining - I can't see many sticking around...

I love the rain matches at BMO - but after a couple of hours, I'm ready for a cold beer at the pub...

Carts...

Great to see that result in the Impact-Whitecaps game. Best we could've hoped for.

And is a slim as a cigarette... :(

hmmm well in the first couple of shots she doesn't look meaty, but nor does she look ridiculously thin..... also appears to have a decent toilet in those photos.

however, by shot 3, she's starting to look a bit too thin for me... her cans appear to have gotten smaller and the toilet disappeared (probably because she's not sticking it out).

so... in conclusion. we need bikini or lingerie shots to see if her ribs are countable.

she's cute though....

MLS "big" announcement moved to 2 p.m. ET. It's not expansion, which apparently is being saved for Friday. #mls (http://twitter.com/search?q=%23mls)

TFC tried, but there was a schedule conflict (something about an away league game at the same time. :D)

BINGO!

and after the complaints over last year's rescheduling, they weren't gonna do it again.

I wonder if the Union supporters are pissed there league game got moved to play Man U???

Roogsy
05-06-2010, 02:05 PM
They are in the middle of their first year and are soaking up the joy of having a team just like we did in our first year. They don't care if their team is shit or if they have to move a game to see Man United.

Ask them in their 3rd year when they are pushing for a playoff spot and see what they say.

Oh yes I am sure MLSE passed on this (because they care about the schedule and are focused on making a playoff push) lol...cmon people. I am sure they just thrilled to have ManU play Celtic in the Rogers Centre...oh yeah. To me it sounds like they couldnt get a deal done or someone was willing to pay more.

Looking at the headlines on MLS Rumors is embarassing...

Thierry Henry has negotiated his exit from Barcelona, going to DC United?

followed by...

Joe Public Striker Kerry Baptiste to tril with Toronto FC?

NICE.

As mentioned,Toronto has an away game on the only day that ManU was available to play. Plus: The Honda Indy Toronto will return to Exhibition Place July 16 – 18. The race car drivers hate all the dents & nicks they get on their cars from running over TFC fans walking to & from the game...

did you see the prices for the Man U - Celtic game?
$90-165.. I'll pass. If I could get upper deck for $40 I might consider it. But to sit near the roof for $90 is too much for me ...

Yup.

Hopefully ticket sales go poorly and prices come down or scalpers are left hanging.

Why does everything to do with sports have to be such a piss off in this city?

decided i like to sit in the midfield seats of bmo field for the LA game....never been outside the southend!!

So i said what the hell...lets take a look at what i can get.....

TOP TFC SEAT FIR THAT GAME.....$203..neXT...$173...next $143...next $123...NEXT $118 and so on and so on!

you talking about taking supporters for what there WORTH!!

The prices are excessive but there are probably enough supporters of both Manchester United and Celtic in the G.T.A. that are willing to pay the premium and fill the Rogers Centre to capacity, myself included. The Celtic vs AS Roma match at Skydome in 2006 drew over 50,000 fans...
