How long does the street car from union station to BMO usually take. And will there be any lineup 1hr - 30 mins before the game?

avg 15-20 mins and you can cram those bad boys like a can of sardines so you should be good to go

There is no wait for a street car on game day, Sit on someone's lap if you need to. Wear red, the operators understand :)

Exactly. Waiting is for chumps. Cram on, besides...that person you're sitting on is probably a brother (or sister) in arms. :D

Is there a street car/bus that runs from exhibition place to Union or some other subway station? I'd rather not wait an hour for the Via rail train again ...

Transfer streetcars at Spadina after leaving the CNE grounds and you can go to Spadina. Easy. :)

note it's extra cozy on weekday games as folks head back home to the condos along the lakefront :)

Tonight is the first time I have to get to the game via TTC. From Union what is the streetcar # I have to get? Where in Union do I find it?

Is there a better option from the Bloor/Danforth line?

If you are already on the Bloor/Danforth line then just take the Bathurst streetcar from inside Bathurst station.
If you are already on the Yonge/Spadina line then go to union and take the streetcar from there. There is no reason to switch lines.

I like taking the streetcar from St. Andrews station. It gets you in the Lamport area a bit quicker than the Union option.

From Bloor/Danforth Subway (if you don't mind a walk):
Get off at Dufferin Station:
Duffering Bus South to Dufferin Gates:
Walk to BMO...

From Bloor/Danforth Subway:
Get off at Bathurst Station:
Bathurst Streetcar to CNE... (streetcar can be slow on this route)

If you get lucky and a Dufferin Bus 29D labelled "PRINCESS' GATES" comes by then hop on it and it will take you right to the stadium.

I usually take the Bathurst streetcar from Bathurst stn. Just make sure you get on the Exhibition streetcar, and not the one that turns down College st.

If you take this route, don't forget to grab a transfer when you first get on the TTC.

Union Station it's streetcar 509.

When you get off the subway the entrance to the streetcars is off to the side there are signs. There are two separate streetcars that stop here the 509 CNE and 510 Spadina.

If you're coming from the west end, the Bathurst streetcar is a good option. Otherwise, I can't say.

March from your house!! (or take the 509, 511 or the Dufferin bus)

I actually work on Spadina. I guess my best option is to take the Spadina 510 south and then transfer on to the 509.
Thanks for all the help.

There's also the Ossington -> Liberty Loop bus

It's actually pretty hard not to end up at BMO on the TTC

This. Especially helpful if you're planning on going to the bar before BMO.:drinking:
