nice work today dude! The chants kept going, we had lots of variety, and they all fit. Props!

Not sure if Bobby Braz from 113 reads this board, but he did a great job as well!
Red Rat and Yeoman were banging the drum, and Keyman was taking requests from the ladies.
Great work today everyone!

"PLLLLLAY Shots"
"Umm I vote no"

this was followed by them attempting to tell security they would leave "after the song".../sigh

and yes Vic well done - even on trying to get the dop dop dop going....such a fun and simple song to do. :)

I guess we'll keep that in mind for next time. LOL

Anyway, thanks guys!

So it was my first time on the capo stand and aside from a few early jitters - mainly due to some "situations" early in the game - I thought it went well. Of course getting some goals and a win helps!

First of all, I wasn't expecting to be going up there today. I hurt my back yesterday so I was all hopped on T3s before the match.

By the 2nd half, my back was feeling better and feeding off the energy from the crowd helped. 112 was jumping from top to bottom it was nice to see.

I apologize those in the first row if I blasted you guys with the megaphone or got in your way. If I do it again, I'll have to adjust. And to those in 111... I know we don't know each other... so if I go up there again, hopefully there will be more familiarity.

Anyway, I had a blast. Just need a glass of water next time. And a little more notice. LOL And it was great working with Bobby from U-Sector.

If Flush needs me to do it again, I'll do it in a heartbeat. At least we now have some depth on the bench so to speak. LOL

Vic - your avatar seems to fit, eh? ;)

Seriously though, you did a good job of reading the crowds, and keeping things going durring those early 'incidents' wouldn,t be easy.

Thanks for taking this on Whoopee... I was pretty sure I sent you the memo that I wasn't going to capo today :D...

Anyhow it's good to know that other people can step in there and handle the situation.

I was in section 110 today... and I had an unbelivable experience... there is a core group of guys there that chant better than 1/2 the South End... Sparta at the drums is a beast...

As funny as this sounds.... I truly had a "112 aka Bunker" experience in 110... great job.. great game!!!! :scarf:

Crowd sounded kick ass on tv, especially in the final 20 minutes! Good noise and energy considering the inclement conditions.

I thought I saw someone walking around with a microphone in the south end... but I think it was for radio or something.

It's not raise the roof... it's just some fist pumping. But not the fist pumping you see on Jersey Shore.

That was truely awesome today -- the rain ALWAYS brings the best out -- we had an awesome time in 110 -- chants were running good and long

It was great having Flush up there to experience what we do and see -- i think he had a great time as well --- it was great having another voice up there -- be sure to come back again as it was a blast -- thanks for the pointers on the drums and tempo

Yellow jacket came out to escort me in the beginning saying i cant have a drum -- was rude and all -- but it was straightened out and he came to apoligize

Lots of great work done yesterday. Not a lot of singing over one another. Great work Whoopee. Taking prompts from 110 and Bobby worked out really smooth.
