The Rhinos will also play preseason matches with St. Bonaventure University at 7 p.m. March 27 in Corning and April 3 against Toronto FC in Oakville, Ontario, at a time to be determined.

I'd love to check this game out for sure!!!

WTF? Really? I guess they don't want anyone watching them play another game with no goals.

That thread is awesome, they call the strip joint that's right across the border the "Cornwall Ballet". I'm not sure what's more funny, the idea of a ballet in Cornwall or the type of strippers that a club in Cornwall could attracted. Note to my American friends....drive the extra hour to Montreal.

The Cornwall club may be owned by the same guys who own the Montreal clubs and may use some of the same dancers. Read my novel already ;).

How many decent fields are there in Oakville? I know they are the biggest league...but that's only because Mississauga gives kids choices with 12 different leagues...I digress.

Has to be at some rep field will closed in gates. How many is that in Oakville? Besides they won't make the players change in their cars. Has to be that Oakville Training center thing right?

There is only one youth soccer club in Oakville and I'm pretty sure they have close to 10,000 registered players, in Mississauga they must have something like 6 or 7 different youth soccer clubs. I'm pretty sure this game will probably be played in the big indoor facility in Oakville that opened up a few years back, it's a full sized 11 a side indoor facility.

too bad they aren't showing this match on TFC TV... i am having TFC withdrawal symptoms.. i hate these bi-weeks....

Dixie, Miss Soccer Club, Clarkson, Erin Mills, North Miss, these are the big clubs when I was a kid. A lot of academies have popped up too. I can't imagine Oakville having more than Mississauga. We're twice the population no? In any case, I think Oakville is better run with one organization. Mississauga is too divisive and fight each other for city owned field space.

... so a gorgeous 23°C day, and they choose to play indoors? That's stupid.

they've been training outdoors in the nice weather so I doubt they'd play the game indoors. the weather today is quite nice.
