But honestly I really don't care if you don't have any TFC gear. Buying overpriced merch from MLSE doesn't make you a better fan. Just come, have a few beers, sing some songs and have a good time.

Anyhow, I can't wait to see the place... it's been awhile... the last time I was at was a Joe's was with Boris during the Canada Vs U.S. hockey game... It was completely packed... everyone having a good time... beers flowing... people glued to the TV's... it felt 98% like a TFC game at Joe's

With 2 exceptions:

1. It felt weird being around so many people at Joe's that didn't know you or your name.

2. There was no chanting.

Yup Two big exceptions... but you know what... our pictures were there... our flags were there... our scarves were there... there might have been +150 people at Joe's during that Hockey game that I didn't know... but that was still our bar.

The game is at 4:00, so the best bet is to be there for 3:00. That way you can grab a bite and get some beers in ya before the kickoff. I've seen people walk in 10 minutes into the match, and act shocked that there's no front row seat for them. Generally that's a 'one time only' mistake.

And also because the membership team will be processing paperwork, the capo guys will be there, the banner guys are always there.... it's going to be a pretty social spot before the match starts.
