Current system: Club get 2/3 and MLS gets 1/3 of the transfer fee received. Reports suggest that MLS pays for transfer fee (??? or is it a combination of MLS and the I/O?).
Should MLS allow club I/O to pay 100% of the transfer fee and receive 100% of transfer fee? How would this affect the league? Would it benefit MLS or hurt the league?
