Would be interesting in either year, since another Canadian club would be joining in both. Easily an intersting talking point.

This will give us the chance to earn it without home-field advantage, first.. and where/when better than at the new RBArena - during a World Cup year, no less.

2012 is when the MLS has said that they're going to "top ranked team" for the MLS Cup.

Now, whether that comes to pass is something else entirely...

I'm not surprised either. It's a gorgeous stadium and would make for a fantastic venue for the final. Also, it's close to us if we manage to go that far. I'm all good with that choice.

good, TFC can win its first MLS Cup in a nice stadium relatively close to Toronto ;)

Obvious choice and not a bad one at that.

With Porter airlines going into the airport near the stadium, this is an easy road trip.
I gotta head down this year and check it out.

I sure hope Toronto kind find their way into the final!

Was just in NYC this weekend and took the train from Newark Airport to Penn Station. Along the way we went past RBA and... WOW! What a fantastic looking stadium. There is a train station (Harrison) a couple minutes away from it also. I would love to see MLS Cup here but RBA will be a great host.

NY have built a first class facility - tops in the league it appears, I have no problem with the league awarding them the MLS Cup...

America's marquee city, with the league's top stadium in its opening year - I think its a no-brainer...

Plus, I prefer the match is in a SSS. I know Seattle had a boatload of people, but there's nothing worse than empty seats - especially at one of the leagues showcase nights...

And as others said, if we make it, its a quick trip :)

I agree. It could be massive.

MASSIVE!

No other team in MLS has the away support TFC does, and this is where we would show it. Not to mention, Toronto has such a drought when it comes to championships, even fairweather fans will make this trip. We can make it a sea of red for real.

The logistics actually frighten me a little.
