It is isn't it. Kind of the Guffstasson of the MLS. Hopefully he's just as much of a diamond in the rough. Be nice to have a domestic defender to take Brennan's spot on the roster after he retires.

The highest he has played in League Two, I hope he does well, but I am not expecting much.

Not too much to your pubes in a twist about (haha, gross). That being said, I think everyone is very glad for the insider information. Thanks Sean!

I hope this isn't the experienced defender that Mo alluded to on the recent episode of the 'This is Football'.

I think this guy might someone to have for a back up, but nothing more, it says in his Wikipedia page that he had a heart problem and had to retire and he recently unretired. Hopefully he makes the team and can play up to MLS standards.

One thought that came to mind was that if we're looking at this guy for a backup, why arent we looking at other players from the past who are available?

- Stephen Lumley, DF
- Diaz Kambere, DF
- Kevin Harmse, CM
- Chris Pozniak, DF
- Joey Melo, CM
- Christian Nunez, CM
- Tyler Hemming, CM
- Tyler Rosenlunds, CM
- Miguel Canizalez, AM
- Derek Gaudet, ST
- Andrea Lombardo, ST

Yeah, not to many names on NBF's list I'd like to see back with TFC. I always liked Christian Nunez, looked a quality player.

Considering that he played most of his career at Conference or lower I would not expect much. I am actually surprised that he got a contract from Colorado when he would have taken an import spot. I actually had the chance to see both Dagenham and Margate last year. Margate is a 7th division club, who play in the Isthmian League (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isthmian_League) Premier Division. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isthmian_League_Premier_Division)
While it was fun the play was no where near as good as what you see in the MLS.

My nephew plays for the Margate reserve team. I'll ask if he knew him.

Since TFC:

- Stephen Lumley, DF (Sheridan College)
- Diaz Kambere, DF (Abbotsford Mariners, PDL)
- Kevin Harmse, CM (Has yet to play for Chivas)
- Chris Pozniak, DF (Released from Vancouver)
- Joey Melo, CM (Trial with Vancouver, wasn't signed)
- Christian Nunez, CM (One year with Trois Rivieres Attak)
- Tyler Hemming, CM (Charleston Battery)
- Tyler Rosenlunds, CM (Trialed with Vancouver)
- Miguel Canizalez, AM (Bonner SC, 4th Division Germany)
- Derek Gaudet, ST (Halifax Dunbrack)
- Andrea Lombardo, ST (York University)

Only player I would take back was Hemming (and possibly Gaudet). Though I wasn't happy when Hemming left in the first place.

Rosenlund didn't trial with Vancouver. He just trained with them to stay fit I don't think he was ever really considering signing with them. I think hes waiting for an MLS move.

Ross Smith is decent he scored a cracker of a goal playing in England I saw on a Canadian highlight video.

And if Colorado would have signed him to a foreign spot I think he can be a pretty good sub.

Considering the caps will pretty much players come and go as they please, i doubt it. What's Rosenlund get by sitting on his ass as opposed to playing in the USL? If anything MLS might pay him less because of the salary structure.

I agree there isn't much on NBF's list. Hemming, Gaudet, and Nunez (thought he was decent) might be worth a second look.

which brings me to:

Diaz Kambere – is the worst football player I have ever seen in my life (and the worst player to ever put on the shirt for TFC). His passing percentage would cause prozone to break trying to calculate the improbability he actually gets it to a teammate. No vision, no skill, track star who someone forgot to cut about ten years ago. Send this horse to the glue factory, twice just to make sure he never comes back.
