**** URGENT *** **** URGENT ***

We have been carefully looking at the weather forecast for Monday Oct 12th, and it doesn't look good:

Sunday... POP 0%
Monday... POP 60%
Tuesday... POP 10%
Wednesday... POP 20%
Thursday... POP 40% - chance of rain/snow showers

Because we simply can't have any room for error (due to the close deadline) we will be relocating INDOORS. Again we will be relocating INDOORS. The location is in the West end (The area is Hurontario/401). Because of Privacy issues please PM ALMO if you are coming and wish to know the location.

Again You will need a vehicle... if you wish to come and don't have a vehicle... ALMO will be organizing car pools... if you have a vehicle and can bring people with you... please post here!!!

Sorry for the late change... but as you can tell this was an executive call that was hard to make... we still needyou... more now than ever b4... so please... and PM ALMO!!!

Once again...

DATE: Monday Oct 12th 2009
Time: 9:00am - 3:00pm or whenever you can make it down...

The location is very appeeling.

Flush, maybe you could modify the first post to advise the time, just so that people (i.e. me) don't need to click elsewhere for the reminder.

IF someone can drive to Oakville at like 2pm....I'm in

I was meeting my dad to go to Oakville at BMO and then we were off, but I dunno how doable meeting him from the new location is so I'm not 100% anymore.

I'll be coming from Hamilton with a buddy of mine. If anyone along the way needs a ride, I can pick up 2 others (or 3 if you really feel like squeezing in the back seat). As well, I have to warn anyone who comes with me that i'll be leaving by 2pm to be back for family thanksgiving festivities.

Is this going to be the last session for this banner or is there going to be another one after? I'll be in the US this weekend until monday night...so I can't make this one. :(

In regards to the mini-van/truck/SUV...

The plan is to meet at BMO (where the banner is stored) at 9 a.m. to load it up and drive it to Mississauga.

It should be able to fit the back of any SUV/mini-van/truck. i.e. I know it can fit in the back of a Honda CRV, which I might have access to but it's not 100%.

But if someone has access to one 100% that's what we need!

That's the plan.

The reason we're moving it indoors is that we plan on this being the last painting session for this banner and it will then be complete.

As Whoopee said, we are still going to need a few people to meet down at BMO to helping with the loading of the banner.

From there we can car pool to the warehouse.

this may or may not help..... you can rent a home depot van for 50$ for 3 hours, just go to their loading dock and ask the cashier

OK - I will bring the mini van for 9am on Monday. But I have my doubts that this banner will fit. It had better fit.

I can't commit to pick up because if the weather is reasonable, I'm taking my kids to the pumpkin patch.

Roogs... that would be great. I will find out from end.

Domini8r... the more people we get perhaps the earlier we finished. As for the size of the banner, when it's folded it fits on a cart.

One of these....

Ah yes. Lad and Lass enjoyed their time today. Everyone involved should feel proud of a job well done. It never ceases to amaze me how a large group of strangers can come together and work together seamlessly and complete such a large task on time. Well done everyone!!!
Looking forward to the folding and especially the unveiling.
