Important game for TFC. A poor showing by the Revs could help TFCs slim playoff hopes.

0-0 at the halfway mark.

Dallas has the bulk of the possession but can't score.

Revs should have won a PK, handball by Dallas.

Amazed that I'm watching a Dallas game with this many people in the stands. They need a Mexico doubleheader every game lol

Oldtimer
09-30-2009, 07:43 PM
Now if this was tfc THEY'D GIVE UP A WEAK GOAL.

ArmenJBX
09-30-2009, 07:45 PM
Holy shit! This is Dallas!?

I thought they were in NE, no way it's that loud. What's going on there??

Oldtimer
09-30-2009, 07:46 PM
Having a real crowd for once is helping Dallas.

ArmenJBX
09-30-2009, 07:46 PM
But what's going on? Why are they all there?

Suds

Oldtimer

No call for a foul in the box. Both teams are now equalized in bad calls.

ArmenJBX
09-30-2009, 07:55 PM
With this game, do we have the same amount of games played as NE?

ESPNDallas.com doesn't even have anything FC Dallas on the front page of it...only way to find them is though the "Teams" link and its the same crap from ESPN Soccernet...sweet marketing tie in.

Revs have a bad schedule. Now they travel to Colorado (high altitude) for Saturday's match. then they get Chicago and Columbus at home, and Columbus away.

Oldtimer
09-30-2009, 08:06 PM
Both teams played badly, NE was worse than TFC at an away game.

All in all, a good result for us.

Our team should be forced to watch the 5 last minutes, a good example on how to kill time without randomly hoofing the ball.

FC DALLAS wins with none other than JC scoring the winning goal. Huge result for us and increases our percentages of making playoffs.

Who was the player who got a Red card ? Is he an important player since he will miss the game at Colorado,

Wells Thompson always seems to be a hothead every time I watch the Revs play. He's always getting into tumbles .. always swearing at ref's calls... I saw him once scream BULLSHIT!!!! right at the ref .. he went berserk with his hands. Luckily for him the ref let the dissent go.

I also hate the name Wells for a first name. It's almost as bad as Chance (Myers) or Brek (Shea).

I never thought I would say this. Thank you Jeff Cunningham! We are getting help (a lot from Dallas), now it's up to us.

I predicted that NE would onl pick up 2 points from these 5 games, 0 tonight, 0 v Rapids, a point in each of the home games v Chicago and Columbus and 0 from the return game in Columbus.
After the result tonight perhaps it not that much of a stretch ?

Dallas took 4 of 6 points off of us this year, and are only 2 points behind us in the standings. If people say or think that Dallas suck... well... what does that say about our team?
