My memory has gone to shit, and figured you guys would know best.

How do I find out who my ticket rep is again? The person had changed a while back and can't recall the name of the new cat.

Chances are they will send you an email re: RENEWING SEASON TIX

otherwise just call the office and give them your account number and they will direct you
