Mo said as part of his post-presser huddle that he took the opportunity a couple of years ago to get some of the guys signed up for their coaching badges as they were nearing the end of their playing careers and then they could stay on and help out at the club.

I'm guessing it would have to be Jimmy and/or Robbo. If they both got similar roles to Danny then I would love that - they have been superb players for TFC, co-captains, RPB men of the year in our first couple of seasons, they both have loads of top level experience playing in England and internationally for Canada/Wales and they are both natural leaders in their own way. Plus it would keep the core season one legends intact at the club - Brennan, Robbo, Dichio - in coaching and other roles, which is important for the club's heritage as we start to develop our history.

Also, it would give us (arguably) a striker, midfielder and defender coach (I know Jimmy is really a midfielder but he's basically been a defender here).

Unless anyone thinks Mo may have been talking about someone else?

I believe both Jimmy and Danny took NSCAA courses in Florida back in January.
