how can you be part of RPB if your not a member, you can be a friend of RPB, but i think you need to be a member to say your part of RPB, am i off base here?

yes you are.
And this isn't a thread to question loyalties and members vs non members

I can vouche for Oblio...

However it was best that we moved it as I found it funny how people who were not in RPB were discussing the future of RPB.

hte question was posed more to members, it wasn't a question of members vs. non members, but clearly there is a difference is there not, i think the discussion else where is if we had a section dedicated to RPB members, can it be opened to RPB friends, which pretty much would be vital to the atmosphere at the games
