Rumor has it that Toronto FC has yet another trialist in camp. Along with the much rumored dutchmen, Lesly Fellinga (http://www.mls-rumors.net/2009/07/incoming-lesly-fellinga-and-nathan-rolf.html) and Dominique van Dijk (http://www.mls-rumors.net/2009/08/incoming-dominique-van-dijk-to-toronto.html), Czech striker Michal Pospisil formerly with Sparta Prague, Scottish side Hearts and currently with Czech side Viktoria Žižkov is in camp and getting a look by Chris Cummins and the technical staff.
In May 2002 he was selected in Czech Republic under-21 team for the UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship. This side won the tournament, defeating France under-21s 3-1 on penalties in the final, with Pospíšil scoring the first penalty in the penalty shootout in which former Hearts team mate Rudi Skacel also netted. [1] In total he made 21 appearances at under 21 level.
Now at age 30 he appears ready for a jump to the Reds.
