Players - Autographs

Anyone know roughly how long before a game the players start to arrive at Gate 4? Just wondering about getting signatures before a game rather than after. Anyone tried this and able to shed some light?

For 7:30 River Plate start the players arrived roughly between 5 and 6. Some early, some late.

2 to 2.5 hours before KO seems to be the norm.
Watch for a scramble when all the spanish-speaking boys show up in the same car (Vitti Velez and Guevara)

Hah - thanks dude. I'm primarily hunting Dichio, Robbo and Brennan tonight to sign my season one shirt, but I'm after as many first team signatures as I can get for this season's ticket poster thing.

That's simply not true. It's clear that you're just basing that assumption on his performance on the pitch! Although it would explain a few things...

I went last week to try and grab Dichio's autograph, i was there between 4 and 530 and didnt see one player. River Plate showed up at about 415 and Chris Cummins about 430. 530-630 is prob your best bet

Best place to wait is just south of gate 4. Danny usually uses the community entrance (behind the fence that you will see), others get out of their cars at the kerb there. Danny will always sign tho'- he was holding one of kids and set her down to sign and chat to my kids. Lovely bloke- legend.
