Fact is that I do, occasionally, discuss things that happen on the forums with the moderators of the forum.

We are what is called "a team" and I like to keep the team informed of the goings-on when there are issues.

AL-MO maybe should refrain from commenting on the issue to you in an open thread, but that is as far as it goes.
