Crew hoping injury to reigning league MVP doesn't leave them shorthanded

The Crew are hoping for all the good karma it can get when it comes to Schelotto, the top vote-getter for the MLS All-Star Game on July 29 at Real Salt Lake's Rio Tinto Stadium against Everton of the English Premier League. Schelotto suffered an injury to his left hamstring last week vs. Chicago and could miss Saturday's home game with Real Salt Lake. An MRI on Tuesday did not reveal a tear or strain but he was to undergo further evaluation Wednesday afternoon.
