You'll get kicked out.

If you are in 112 or 111 or remotely associated with RPB the chances of you getting kicked out for throwing a streamer are 95%

basically throw the streamer vertically up in the air and hope that the wind doesn't catch it or hit anyone else near you... God forbid it hits a yellow jacket... You'll probably be charged with assault.

Last Saturday we had plenty of them being tossed down from 117/118 into the corner and the cops just smiled. Yellow shirts didn't do anything.

Technically or not, it was going down with no argument from anyone last week.

funny thing is, there is a huge BMO ad near BMO Field with a picture with a guy about to toss a streamer
