One thing that Cummins said in the post-game interview last night that stood out, was that he said that we have to win games within out division (Don't we want to try to win all games??).
So for the rest of the year:
- We have 17 games left
- 10 games against the West, 7 against the East
- 7 more home games (of which only 3 are against teams in the East)
Those teams are 2 against the NYRB and 1 against DCU......rest are
against the West
- We still have to play San Jose twice, and the NYRB three times.
Every week we keep pushing it back saying that if we start today getting on a roll, we can do this and that and make the playoffs (laughable right now). We lost one opportunity against a bottom dweller, NOTHING LESS than 6 points against the NYRB is acceptable.
