would you bet on MLS games if they were available on the lottery?

Yes..it would make things more interesting

I haven't played proline for a long long time. But if MLS was on there, I'd do it in a heart beat. I imagine if Montreal joins MLS it will be a given.

I refuse to play proline......the odds are always lower than actual odds, and you have to have combo bets. I rather use betfair, sportingbet, the greek.......better odds, more options, and higher limits.

I love in-game betting too. A few years back in the Champions League final with AC Milan up 3-0 at halftime I laid $20 on Liverpool. At 330-1 odds.

Why not? I know Proline doesn't have great odds, but surely being able to place any bet on MLS is better than nothing at all, right? Most people I know don't go through bookmakers online, so why not give them the choice with Proline?

I voted yes, because occassionally I will pick up a proline ticket, but +1 for online sportsbooks having way better odds.

Don't know how old you are, or how wealthy, but keep an eye on that, man.... anything you like that much is gonna become addictive as shit at sometime, and a million of the shrewdest card jockeys before you have said 'it won't happen to me."

Oh, and that site isn't that hot for mls -- it's not a payout league, as the most you could win in one day is $50,000. They know their odds, obviously.

yep....and Pro-line kinda does the same too...they have a "daily liability limit" which is why some combinations (and some games altogether) get taken off the board if played too many times.....seen it happen enough times with NCAA Basketball. No matter where you play, people are gonna look out for their own.

Pro-Line is great for 'fun betting'...

You'll never make it rich, if you're a high-stakes gambler it won't satisfy your urge to gameble...

If you're just looking for some fun bragging rights with your buddies on a Saturday night - that just might buy you a pitcher of beer or two at the bar, its perfect...

Wager your pocket change, and turn it into $10-$15-$20 and have a good laugh... Nobody hurt, nobody broke...

LOL. no offence and I really hope you don't take offence to this.

But I don't know who you are and why you think you can scold me, like honestly. Who are you??? Mother Theresa???

In my opinion anyone who becomes a slave to and addicted to anything like that is a damn fool, you have to be a complete moron to lose tons of money and not know when to stop.

Again, no offence but just because maybe you have seen friends or heard on the radio or seen on tv that stuff happens. Doesn't mean you can generalize and tell someone you have no clue who they are that they will become addicted to gambling like that.

A buddy of mine won money by betting on who the next pope would be.

I don't really play Proline, but if the MLS was included, I would probably do it more often.

I did that with the presidential election this year, put 800 on Obama....

It only paid like 400 dollars but that was the lock of the century right there.

It isn't a matter of intelligence - that isn't how addiction works.

That said, I don't care what you do, and I have no interest in lecturing anyone for their choices.

Oh, and just thinking about it now, but if MLS/TFC is ever picked up by Proline, I'm sure that would mean a bit more advertising money coming in for the club from the Lottery Corp.

I use proline to give myself a non-neutral viewing experience for matches I'm neutral about. Makes it much more fun to watch when you have a vested interest in one side winning..

In the FA I'm all Leeds.. so every premiership match I watch I'm pretty much neutral, besides the old rivalries. Proline helps get me into the matches. But for MLS, there's always a result that will best benefit TFC, so I'm not so 'on-the-fence'.

I probably wouldn't bet much as I don't want to see myself cheering on anyone other than The Reds, but I still think MLS should be on the proline ticket.

Why not. The way the MLS is going right now, you'd make a killing if you bet on draws.
