It's been brought back! Everyone's favorite game (okay not really) is back for a brand new season! This latest 2-0 loss to Chicago had me thinking about bringing this back and I did.

If you're not familiar with this game, it's sort of like "Jeopardy", only it's one question and one question only. Usually very difficult. Afterwards we have a laugh, give the winner disease-free hookers, and discuss the answer. Without further ado:

The answer is: October

Think about TFC's history and figure out what is significant about this month. There are two "questions" that can be answered with October and I want both of them.

The hint is in my opening paragraph.Try and solve it!

The question is, when was the last time Chicago lost a regular season game, to Toronto.

When was the last time we won by more than 1 goal?

Neuf has the first one right. Our 3-1 win over the Shite Bulls was the last time we ever won my more than 1 goal. Cas87 was really close.

Still looking for the 2nd answer.

I'll give you another hint.

Think back to 2007.

EDIT: Cas, Ibbe scored against Chicago way before that.

Dichio's last minute Goal against New England?

Didn't that happen in the month of November? I'm not sure

Dichio's goal was in October.

I'll let the cat out of the bag:

In October 2007 was our last 1-0 loss in MLS. It was that awful game in Colorado.

History dictates that if it's 1-0, and we're trying to get back in it, we'll just concede the 2nd.

All of our shutout losses from then on have been 2-0 or 3-0.

Interesting considering that, if we're leading 1-0, you're about as likely to see polar bears using tanning lamps at midfield, as you are to see TFC score a second goal.
