I am a fan of 4-3-3, especially with the attacking options we have on the team with Guevara behind the front man. Pablo Vitti and Chad Barrett, I just think it gives us a lot of options.

That's the sorta stuff I like to hear. Just from the sound of it, I think Cummins seems more open to new ideas and variations. I would wager that he's more flexible to change according to opposing formations and roster details than others will be to us.

Great interview.

Cummins certainly knows his stuff. I like his demeanor his candidness and his football knowledge.
