I don't know why we ever consult the long-term forecast. A few days ago they promised 22 and sunny. Now it's 17 and rainy?

It'll probably be 5 and snow with 70 km/h wind.

i find the Toronto Island report to be more accurate.
as you can actually see the weather station from BMO.

Rain = Win

Bring it on!

yeah Wagner, the toronto report is often taken from Pearson Airport, which isn't even in Toronto. the Toronto Island one is often quite different.. I've noticed it can be 5 degrees cooler down there than up at north Toronto or north Mississauga.

For the Island, Environment Canada is currently forecasting 11°C and showers down from about 16°C this morning, and 23°C and sun a couple of days ago. The Weather Network is more optimistic and is forecasting 17°C and showers.

Obviously pretty unstable ... I wouldn't take it too seriously until the Sunday morning forecast. And then dress for it. Doesn't look as bad as the first two games.

I might wait until it warms up a bit more before I streak at the game.

weatherman FAIL again. But yeah, it really is a gameday decision, though it's too bad, was kinda looking forward to a bright sunny weekend match.

Clouds should be banned. Lightning and thunder, TIFO or a dangerous precedent.

Mother nature pouring liquids on the players and our pitch, ban the...

I vote for a dome and real grass with pro pyros, cheerleaders with megaphones helping the non chanters, and single malt served by wenches.

Of course way down here I've got a roof, nice carpet big high def TV, 18 inch bass speaker, and the wench and single malt.

Now if Via ran a train from say London through Hamilton I might just put on the rain jacket and 3 layers and head up, but the mother in law drove 8 hours to visit and I'm probably watching Lawrence Welk reruns sneaking upstairs for a nip. Hmm....

Tongue in cheek 'cept for the Mother in Law.

EC is up to 12°. 13°? Do I hear 13°?

On the bright side, the hourly forecast at the Weather Network shows the rain stopping by 5 pm. A couple of weeks ago we'd have thought 10°C and no rain was a good thing! Perfect Dichio weather ...

But this one is a bit weird, I'll grant.

Wow, very variable tomorrow. EC forecasts Windsor at 24°C, Chatham at 25°C, London at 22°C and Toronto at 15°C. The forecast could change a lot, I'd dress for anything.

Oh well, it's 3°C higher than this mornings forecast.

Looks like the rain will hold off, but wind coming in east off the lake, so expect it to be colder down there than elsewhere in the city.

Should be good football weather; not too cold, not too warm, not too wet. Perfect Dichio weather - hopefully he's recovered from Wednesday.
