Hey John,

any chance you can confirm whether the Ecuadorian CB is on trial?

hahaha......
good opinion piece but that last line was terribly corny.

It takes a while.

Apparantly not for a certain other expansion team.

...who brought a core of 5 players who have experience working as a Unit, and a DP who was supposed to have come here.
They're the Hull City of the MLS. Soon enough, the scouting of their play will reveal a winning strategy for their opponents, and they'll drop in the standings.

i think i will have to take issue with one point...strong wing play?

feel free to correct me, but i didn't exactly see strong wing play. far too many balls are being played in the middle, and the opposition see's that. sure, our major strength is in the middle, but once again, the opposition knows this. without a bigger threat on the wings, we are not going to score as many goals as we may have thought.

"I'm beginning to feel for Chad Barrett but can't decide exactly what it is I'm feeling."

^^ +1

As usual a great piece.
Thanks Nigel & John.
