The sounders have a very unique colour for their kit.
Unfortunately their lime green seems to be a fashionable colour this spring.

SO PLEASE when you see your friends on your way to the stadium tomorrow see that they remove their new green/white polo shirt or green/grey wind breaker or hoodie or their green Lulu lemon pants (all things I've seen this afternoon).

Apart from any away fans who will make the trip I would hope there will be no tell-tale limey green in our stands tomorrow.

Why would anyone wear any colour other than RED?

What you describe sounds like the uniform for the douche-off!

God only knows,...(although some people purposely don't wear team colours)

But as an example two feebs wore light blue dress shirts last year when we played Colorado. The stupidity and apathy was so annoying on so many levels that it stuck with me

Damn. So much for my 80s revival idea.

Best put away the lime-green socks.

Green as a whole, not just lime. This should extend to jerseys of the following teams (including, but not limited to): Celtic, Werder Bremen, VFL Wolfsburg, Ljungskile SK, Sporting, and the Irish national team.

Last year during the Columbus game and there were all those yellow poncho's dotted throughout the stadium I turned around and yelled in a semi drunken state "All you yellow fuckers get out of here!"

After realizing the implications of what I had just said my face turned about as bright red as my jersey :P

Might be tough. I could see a few of those green dollar store rain coats floating around not to mention the typical 25-30 Celtic Jerseys/sweaters.

I remember the first Rock game I ever went too was a playoff game against Buffalo. I wasn't thinking and wore an orange hoodie. Whoops!

But aside from some personal abuse I got I don't see what it matters if there's 100 green shirts scattered around our stadium. BFD.

Just another item that should never be found in a football stadium: ponchos!!

Wearing ANY other sports team's stuff, other than for the home team, is very bad form, verging on douchbaggery.

Away supporters excepted, of course, and they should NEVER sit anywhere but with the other away supporters.

Is green really the 'in' colour this year?

Every couple years im super stylish because I never change my wardrobe.

Basically the only colours I ever wear are green, blue, brown and black.

The obvious (and pretty well only) exception and the only time I wear red is when going to TFC matches or Canada games.
