Columbus police Sergeant Rich Weiner said the charges ranged from assault to disorderly conduct and resisting arrest on Saturday, where off-duty paid officers working at a game between the Columbus Crew and Toronto FC called for backup. He said the department is looking into devising a "tactical plan" that would include more officers for TFC's next visit on July 25.
