They do a lot of events for different groups. You can't expect to be able to attend them all.
This one is for the Financial District. There are a lot of fans who work in the area, and with BMO as a major sponsor this makes a lot of sense.

JonO and I just went down to this and the line up is HUGE, way bigger than last year with JC and RR. Luckily we work in FCP so we'll head down again in about an hour or so and see if the line is any shorter.

Was there at the start when they introduced Carver. One of the first things he did was address the rumors that he may be heading back to Newcastle. Said there was no basis to the rumors and that he still had a job to do here in Toronto. Praised the fans, city atmosphere as the best he's ever seen. Also talked about how great it was to get a player like DeRo and how important he is going to be for the team...

Missed the signing, but saw De Ro and JC inside the lobby meeting the BMO execs afterwards so sidled over and got to shake hands with them and say hi. I was impressing on De Ro just how impressive the anthem and scarf waving is at the home opener each year, and he seemed pretty excited by it, so we better not let him down now!! :D:D:D

BMO's head office has been in Toronto for decades. It only started in Montreal. They've done really good for our team. There wouldn't be the money for all of the facilities that the players have if it weren't for them.
