I'll be at Shoeless with:

a) Brennan prints ($100 each)
b) Robinson MOTY scarves (I've got about 60 in addition to those who have already ordered them - $20 each)
c) Brennan scarves (they are all spoken for)

I'm planning on being there around 7

Scallywags

This place is pretty close to my apartment so I went there once to watch a TFC game.
The guy couldn't find the right channel and insisted the game wasn't on even though I knew for a fact it was. In the end I just ended up wasting money on a cab to the Duke and missed almost the entire first half because of that.

It's too bad because he was a pretty nice guy and really tried to find the game but I only went there to watch the game so not finding it means I will never go back there.

Oh I'm sure that would never happen again but I'm just so worried about taking that chance now.. it was on a channel that I think exists in more than one country and he kept going to the Spanish version of the channel or something.
The other thing I found strange was that my girlfriend and I were the only people there to watch the game that day. Everyone else was watching the Jays game.

When you go are there normally other people there to watch the game? I'd love to give that place another chance since it is walking distance from me.

Get your game face on! It’s been a long winter, but spring is almost here and season three begins for Toronto FC on Saturday night at 8:30 p.m.

Hey guys,

So i got an email back from Scallywags, where I asked them if they would be playing the Leafs game or the TFC game this Saturday night...

Their response?

Who are the Leafs?... Were playing the TFC game.

So for all those not sure, Scallywags is in, and i'll be there with my 3 ladies in tow.

Yeah..Greyfriars staff are all big TFC fans and are looking to make it the away game place in Oakville. In the past two years there is always a number of fans there but this year they are working on getting more support through Carlsberg and the Oakville fans that are looking for a place to watch away games.

We always meet at the Friars before and after home games as well before we hit the GO Train and the tailgate. If we have enough people we want to look at renting a bus to get us to and from the games.

Drop in if you're west end and looking for a pub to watch the games...tons o big screen tv's, and food and pints are great.

I'm hoping to be at Joe's but TBaby tells me that we might be out in Durham, in which case, if we're lucky, we'll make it to the Mansion.

Either way, I'm going to try to swing by Joe's earlier to see Coach and JDG, but we shall see. *Sigh*

Is Gol free this weekend? I just tried 428 and the screen says I'm Not Authorized. Will this change on Saturday night? Should I call Rogers and order the channel? Or should I just go to Scallywags?

I think the freebie viewing is just for the game, the channel is only $3, Scallywags is another good choice, also Joe's is where its at, anyways it is a great day, Go Reds.

In my living room on Direct Kick. I'm hoping it'll be in HD, but if not, at least I get to watch every TFC game on TV (that was my biggest worry when relocating to the US).

Just an update... I called the wheatsheaf and it looks like they'll be focusing more on the Leafs Habs game on tonight.... so for anyone who was considering that place, i'd find a better alternative.

I suppose i'll go to either Shoeless or Scallywag's myself.

Community America Ballpark or some shit like that :D

What's our expected numbers at the community ballpark

Viewing for me will be at my house with my closest TFC friends, 108 inch screen, 8 reclining lazyboys on 2 levels, too bad the game is not in HD

I'm going to take a chance that 428 will magically become available to me at 8 tonight. Going to pick up some Thai takeout and enjoy the game at home. Otherwise, I'll run to a nearby pub here at Yonge and Sheppard.
