The teenage keeper from Oakville who just signed for the rest of the season in Scotland with Dundee. Is he not the lad from the TFC Academy team?

If every cloud has a silver lining, it's that we're developing (canadian) players good enough to play at a pro level in Europe (if Scotland is considered pro).
Once the MLS gets their shit together we'll be ok.

Yes good for Lucas,
It's FOOTBALL, and I'd mind the comment's, Football is taken very serious in Scotland as well as anywhere else in the world.

I think they do pretty well for a nation with a population of 5 million, let alone a nation of 5 million that borders arguably the best league in the world, which is always going to hurt the leagues around it.

Reserve game mind too buddy........Read through to see some football educated folks views on our "superstar"...........In regards to the young lad going to DFC, it will give him some great experience as some teams in the 1st Division would give TFC a run for their money. He will return a much better pro than when he left.:canada:

Wow, seems they've finally figured out he's not that good. "Fuckin' Rotten" is a pretty stinging indictment for a reserve game.

academy players can leave at any time. they are not contracted and paid (i believe partly to preserve their NCAA eligibility in case they want to take that route).

TFC can in fact lose Academy players at any time and for nothing....since they can't employ them.
