I hate to be overly positive (the squad was seen relatively favorably heading into both of its first two seasons) but its hard to not think this team is going to do big things.

One thing does worry me though, so thankfully im able to find some negativity. :p

Newcomer Pablo Vitti, the on-loan kid from Independiente, is showing brilliant pre-season flashes, looking like an all-out mover who can unlock opposing offside traps – if the MLS linesmen are up to getting razor-tight calls right.

another quality CB adn i'd say Mo has had a perfect off-season. At that point I would lay all the blame on Carver and the boys if we dont get in the playoffs.

One word - KNOB.

Aside from the repeated use of the word "middie" (:rolleyes:), this is a nice run down of where we're at right now. With all the focus on the likely starting XI, it's easy to forget just how much young talent we'll have on the bench waiting to make an impact. Frei, Nana, Gala, Cronin, Smith, Fuad and OBW is quite impressive. It also bodes very, very well for the future. You don't hear too many complaints about the age of our squad now like we did in the first two seasons!
